Replacement & Refund Policy

  • We assure you that all products sold on www.mercyonline.in are brand new and 100% genuine. Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse.
  • All replacements are processed in accordance with www.mercyonline.in Replacement Policy elucidated herein below. It is your duty to thoroughly understand the mentioned Replacement policy before placing any order.
  • You agree that replacement may vary from product to product, and products listed under a particular category may not have the same replacement policy.
  • You accept that Ignorance of www.mercyonline.in Replacement Policy is no excuse for making any claim(s) from us.
  • Without prejudicing the www.mercyonline.in Replacement Policy should you receive an item that has physical damages, it is your duty to not to use the product and it is your responsibility to contact us immediately (within 24 hours) failing which your replacement claim is void.
  • It is your duty to remove all personal information before returning an electronic device for replacement. You agree that www.mercyonline.in shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
  • Without prejudicing the www.mercyonline.in Replacement Policy, replacement will be subjected to the result of due investigation conducted.
  • In case of non-availability of the product, it is at the discretion of www.mercyonline.in to either initiate refund or to ship the product after its availability.
  • In case of any delay in delivery, availability or quality/performance of the product, www.mercyonline.in will not be liable for any compensation towards mental agony.
  • Return shipping cost will not be borne by www.mercyonline.in
  • All Warranties are subjected to manufacturer’s policy, contact the respective service centre for any issues related to warranty
  • You agree that replacement claim will become VOID claim on non-performance of your Duties as stated above and/or on your non-abidance with www.mercyonline.in Replacement Policy
  • Products are replaceable within the applicable window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on the website it is your responsibility to contact us immediately (within 24 hours) failing which your replacement claim is void.
  • Do refer to respective products manufacturer’s Warranty and Replacement Policy.
  • In case of any issue in Apple Products, do contact the brand authorised service centre directly

Replacement will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • The product is different from what was shipped to you;
  • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, seal and MRP are intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned/exchanged.
Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, it is your responsibility to contact our customer care within 24hrs from the time of delivery of the product failing which you have waived replacement claims and thus your replacement claim is void.
 

Product categories which requires DOA (Dead On Arrival) certificate for replacement:

  • Monitor
  • Printer
  • Voltage Stabiliser
  • UPS
  • Water Heater
  • Personal Care
  • Fan

Here are the reasons for which Products are not eligible for Replacement:

  • Products that have already been used or installed (except installation done by brand authorised personnel in case of large appliances).
  • Products that have been tampered with or missing serial numbers / IMEIs.
  • If the product has a heating or lagging or any performance related issue, in such cases you can visit the brand service centre to get your products checked.
  • Return/ Replacement will not be accepted for subjective aspects like change of mind, not as per expectation, colour shade difference etc. 
  • If the request is outside the Replacement window.
  • Failing to keep all the packaging materials safe, will result in void claim.
  • If DOA certificate is not provided for dead on arrival products from brand authorised service centres.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds shall be considered for those purchases which are not replaceable due to availability
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.
  • In the case of BANK TRANSFER, order refunds will be done only to buyers’s bank account. No cash refunds are issued.
  • Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account, further delay will be investigated.
