  • Currently, delivery of products purchased on www.mercyonline.in is available in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry only.
  • All orders received on or before NOON IST time will be processed for shipping the same day, excluding holidays.
  • Depending on the product category and delivery location shipping charges may vary from free to charged.
  • All orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days, excluding holidays.
  • All orders placed on holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by www.mercyonline.in will be shipped within 4 business days.
  • In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), the shipment-processing times may be delayed.
  • In case of refund due to return of products for any reason the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • We reserve the right to change, amend, edit, or discontinue this policy at any time, without prior notice.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your purchased or exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please be patient as we do our best to ship to you as soon as possible. Once you have completed a purchase, please keep your purchase tracking number safely till your product has reached your shipping address.
  • Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.
  • Based on a certain delivery destination, the customer might need to approach the courier partner office to receive the purchased or exchanged product.
  • All orders are dispatched through reputed courier partners, whose tracking details will be provided to you upon dispatch. In case of any failure due to technology or unforeseen events, www.mercyonline.in does not assume responsibility for delay in receipt of tracking details.
  • If your purchased product has not reached its shipping destination by a reasonable duration of time ( more than 4 business days ), please contact us for further investigation.
  • When you place a “On Backorder”, we will reserve the item for you and ship it as soon as it becomes available. The estimated availability date will be communicated to you at the time of purchase and may be subject to change based on factors beyond our control. Please note that placing a backorder does not guarantee availability of the item, and we reserve the right to cancel any backorders for items that are no longer available or have been discontinued. If you have placed a backorder and would like to cancel it, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once the item has shipped, our standard return policy will apply. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the event of any delays caused by backordered items.
